Labor is guaranteed for 30 days. New parts warranted by manufacturer; used parts warranted for 30 days. Damage caused by abuse, power surge, virus, or spyware voids warranty. PC Smart Team is not responsible for keeping copies of customer data in-shop after delivery of computer. Any saved data will be disposed of immediately. PC Smart Team liability for data loss is limited to the fee of the data backup or in-shop recovery service. Any equipment left over 15 days will become the property of PC Smart Team and may be disposed of or sold to recover outstanding charges. Customer is responsible for all charges incurred during the collection of bad debts and NSF checks. All services are payable upon completion of work unless previous arrangements have been made.

RMA Policy

New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below. PC Smart Team reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 30 days. To obtain an RMA Number, contact Customer Service. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise are non-refundable.

Notebook/laptop/servers/netbooks computers and all other computers with a SSD and or Hard Drive, digital cameras/camcorders, projectors, DVD/CD/VCR players, game consoles and commercial products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. A 50% Open Box Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.

Desktop computers, monitors and printers may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. A 50% Open Box Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.

Custom Linux computers and or servers may only be exchanged for the identical product. The exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase. Customer agrees that PC Smart Team has the right to troubleshoot the custom linux equipment if no problem(s) are found the highest per hour shop rate will be charged to the customer.

Opened software, DVDs, CDs and console games in "like-new" condition may only be exchanged for the identical product. The exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

All other products not listed above may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories.

Non-returnable and non-refundable items
Special buy, cuused, or clearance items are not returnable unless otherwise indicated on the label attached to the product. Service parts, motherboards and processors may only be exchanged, and only if defective, within 30 days of purchase if in "like-new" condition. Labor, installation services and any shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will take up to 28 business days to process from the date that PC Smart Team receives the merchandise, and will be credited to the credit card or debit card account used for the original purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for expenses, fees or other costs incurred by our Customers as a result of defective or incompatible products.
